Make edits to html/flash/css/javascript site template

I have installed an html template onto a website for a client and I'm having trouble making programming edits to the code in order to customize the site for the client. I need you to make the edits I need so I can finish the job. It does not require any design work as I can see at this point but if you had some design skills that is a plus.
It is a 5 page template. I want to edit some of the wording that is currently in the flash area and also make 3 simple edits to three different pages. Then there are 3 new pages that need to be created as generic pages. That's it.
