Joomla 3 template build

I have a PSD website design that I need made into a Joomla 3.0 Template.

There are 2 different looking layouts for the pages that need to be made, which are a homepage and a content page. The homepage has a slightly different layout with a slideshow where as the standard page layout will be used for the rest of the pages.

The template needs to be fast and lightweight. Built on the latest Joomla 3 using the YooTheme Nano2 template as the framework. It also must be responsive and look good on mobile devices including the iPhone and iPad. All modules and content areas must be content managed and up-datable via the Joomla CMS either through the module or article manager. The slideshows and other animated elements must be made using the YooTheme Widgetkit.

This will be an e-commerce site so designs may also be supplied for the category, product and checkout pages too, but this will be done additionally to this original project at a price to be agreed on top of the initial project fee.

There is no content to be added, all text can be place holding text.

Development server can be supplied if desired.

In summary, it needs to be:

- A Joomla! 3.0 template

- Valid HTML and CSS

- SEO Friendly

- Responsive

- 2 pages, to show as a working example of each style page (Home & Content page)

- Slideshow on homepage

- Viewable online at a development URL (MUST be set to NOFOLLOW and NOINDEX)

- Supplied as an entire Joomla site with database zipped up

- No core hacks to Joomla code
