Need Small Fixes on Website(repost)

I have a classifieds site which needs the following work performed.. 1. I'm having trouble getting search engines to show different titles for each page. Every page says "Sitename.com." That makes sense because the title tags in my header file say the same thing. However, *in the browser* the title bar reads different for each page. A previous programmer did a mod rewrite and to make sure the title was identical to the h1 tag. So that works (perhaps via javascript) but the search engines do not see these tags.

I need to make the tags that appear in the browsers title bar (which is the subject title of the classified ad) also appear as the page titles in the search engine results pages.

2. A few minor tweaks in the listings. a). fix chronoligical listing error. The listings need to show chronologically. Currently, the listings show randomly by date (i.e. ads posted on May 22, followed by listings on April 30, followed by ads posted on May 10 etc). b). Need the listings to show 100 per page (they currently show 5 per page c). Need listings to be double spaced, not single spaced.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
