Hi Everyone I am now looking for a website designer and developer with good seo skills in building a site. Must have 1. good written English plus German would be a good bonus for me 2. seo knowledge: must know how to make a website and optimize each category and page. 3. be able to build websites fast 5 - 10 page websites text only 2 - 4 per day. 4. article submissions I have an automated article submission tool its very easy to use, but would also like some articles written and submitted to the top 20 article site to get some good links coming back into my sites 5. any experience in the car hire, hotels, travel, skiing would be great 6. a big thing for me is to find someone who can think for them selves instead of me being on msn for 6 hours explaining what I need on a site design. I would like to be able to brief you on a url a redesign or new site. show you some examples and you make amock up of the front page. I say yes or no and get the site done and on to the next one. I also would like someone who understands that building a website isnt just it. You need to be thinking marketing. does the site tell the user what it does? is there email telephone numbers, good call to actions on the homw page that will make the user want to buy etc. this is important for me as i dont have the time to babysit the developer and keep saying, you have missed the telephone number, there is no email us, etc etc. I have over 400 domains in total if the developer is that good over a short period of tiem I dont mind paying more for him or her to work very closely with me. ## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):
a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
