3D rotation class for Actionscript 3.0

I am looking for a developer who can create a 3D rotation effect class like

Reqirements:
1) coding with Actionscript 3.0(Flex 2.0)
2) cube with 6 panels(with arbitrary 6 bitmaps)
3) fast rendering
4) animation with duration,rotate_axis_x,rotate_axis_y,rotate_axis_z,rotate_angle_x,rotate_angle_y,rotate_angle_z start-end easing attributes.
(if attributes are needed for correct working,
more attributes are needed)
5) rounded corner attribute.(0-100 or 0-1.0)
6) include simple demonstration code.
7) full source code.
8) escrow after I can see the demonstration.
9) implement by extending mx.effects.Effect.
Budget range is $30-$100.
But a little higher range might be acceptable for excellent working.

This cube is not always correct square.
So width,height,depth attribute or auto sizing with bitmaps feature is needed.
