Web agent simulation

I need a small program written in Java (other languages could be acceptable as well , you will need to contact me first though for your suggestions) which will simulate the work of a web agent locally. The program will have categories of computer science books which the user would be able to choose. Every certain amount of time (that obvisouly the user will be able to select through options) the agent will be checking the sites (on simulation: example files or example RSS files stored locally and made for the simulation reasons) and in case of a new entry of a book that complies with the users preference it will pop up a message giving him the description and other info about the book. The RSS file should be structured accordingly to the needs of the program (you will say how the rss should be and WHY should be structured like that).

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) All code should be fully diagramed (use case diagrams, Class diagrams, system interaction diagrams, system sequence diagrams, implementation model etc.).

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
