Phillipino Web Developer wanted for long term project

I have a website that deals with people uploading video. (much like YouTube)

The template is PHPMotion in case you are familiar with it.

The list of items I need done with this website is far too long to list here but I will list the 2 most pressing items.....

YOU ARE BIDDING ON A MONTHLY FEE FOR 3 MONTHS.

1 - I need a rating system written where individual videos can be rated by the uploading user.

This means a "Content" rating system. ie. "G", "PG", "R", and "R+" (there will be NO "X".)

The rating will appear under each video.

At the same time each user (viewer of the site) will be able to set the rating that they want to view.

ie. If someone chooses "R" they will see "R", "PG" and "G" content.

If they choose "PG" they will see "PG" and "G" content. (and so on)

I also need the ability to change the rating in the admin panel. A reporting system is already in place where if someone viewing a video thinks that the video is improperly rated by the author they can report it to the admin for review. (this will also need modification)

2 - I need a way that users can record a video from their webcam and upload it to the site with ease.

An open source script called "Red5" seems to be the best solution for this but I am very open to suggestions.

There are many other mods needed and we can go over those once we have become aquainted with one another.

I can see this project taking up all of your time for the first 2 - 3 months at least.

(Since I am sure you will be fully engaged for that amount of time at least.)

If we are still getting along after the 3 month period I'm pretty sure we could work you into a long term arrangement.

If you do not have extensive feedback on Freelancer you will need to provide links to some of the work you have done and describe in detail the work you did.

You will find that I am very easy to work with as long as 2 conditions are met on a continuous basis...

1 - You contact me at LEAST every other day for a progress update.

2 - You do the work you say you will in the time you say you will do it.

(I TRULY understand that problems arise on a regular basis so if you can't meet this condition from time to time, condition #1 makes everything better :)

I really hope that this works out to be a long lasting relationship and freindship for the both of us!
