I need a php script/tool to:
1- Search on youtube for the given keyword by admin and download those flv videos+video title+tags+description on our linux dedicated box and hold the video details in temporary table.
2- Now on 2nd step simply allow admin to select category from our existing db and click insert for batch insertion of flv videos and info in there respective tables and fileds. I will attach my video tables with this bid request.
3- when admin click insert on 2nd step it will generate video thumbs and will save in our existing thumbs folder.
**IMP:** Should download 2-3 video at same time to avoid server overload and ability to pause the pending jobs or even cancel. Shouldn't download duplicate videos (means vdos already downloaded).

## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
