Basically what we are trying to do is create a basic
newspaper style classified layout. Using two scripts, Deltascripts
classifieds and xeroscripts as examples. All changes to the script should not corrupt or compromise the integrity of script or it's functionality. We would like to change the following:
1. Most important -- Disable user login & registration. NO REGISTRATION NEEDED TO VIEW OR PLACE AN AD.
2. Simplify display of ads in categories (Sorted by Make, Model, & Year)
3. Rework of ad layout (display of ads see attached doc)
4. Change index page and navigation menu.
5. Overall appearance change of site to match existing
theme. (will provide upon successful bid)
6 Ad extra fields to forms.
7. Search function changes.(see attached doc)
8. Possible change of dropdown menus.
User uses drop down menu to search the make and model of car.
I am confident that the foundation script will allow for all of this in a reasonable short amount of time.
