Joomla 2.5 upgrade, including multiple integrations

We need our current Joomla site converted to the new Joomla 2.5, and all its integrations upgraded and installed to suit.

Currently we use Joomla [url removed, login to view] for the main site, with moodle 2.2 to deliver courses - these are now to be integrated using joomdle 0.7 (installed). We have this integration working but have not yet converted to dispaying the moodle courses within joomdle wrapped within moodle. We also have jomsocial installed however only use it for the custom registration fields.

We also have virtuemart, along with AEC - these are to handle selling our courses and subscriptions to courses. Both these components are currently installed but not live on the site.

What we want is:-

Joomla 2.5 with our users and articles migrated. A clean install with a migration of users and manual publishing of articles is preferred to an upgrade on an upgrade with messy database and code.

Custom registration fields for joomla (instead of jomsocial - if possible)

Moodle 2.2 installed with our courses (as per current site).

Joomdle 0.7 integration between the two, with moodle courses displaying within joomla (that is capability of joomdle).

Virtuemart (version 2) installed, and integrated with Joomdle (a testing copy of this integration will be supplied) with current courses and results loaded into the system.

AEC integration for our new subscriptions, integrated with joomdle.

We can supply you with a testing site for ensuring everything is working before it goes live.

Ideally once testing is complete and bug free, we will move the domains and DNS over to the testing server and then delete the old site (located on same server). Rather than trying to install/upgrade over existing site.

You must have relevant joomla experience along with moodle experience, and an understanding of how joomdle, aec and virtuemart all integrate.

Our timeframe is we want to go live with the new site by 1st April 2012.

Ongoing maintenance work will also be an option if this project works out well.
