Joomla - Website Templates & Page Design

Need an experienced website designer to design high quality templates/pages for a Joomla based website (version 1.6 or 1.7).
You are NOT responsible for writing content - so you can focus on design/development, use dummy text (if you need to) and quote price accordingly.
There are 5 different types of pages that we initially need - so, we should be easily able to replicate these for additional content/pages withing Joomla without any additional design/development changes (e.g. similar section pages with different content).
References; Please note that we will need 3 examples of previous websites work with the bid (preferably [url removed, login to view] projects but this is not mandatory) - you would not get any reply if you fail to provide examples of previous Joomla related work.
