THE PERSON-

+ Conversational English, so you can communicate with other English speaking members of the team
+ MUST BE Hard Working
+ You will be required to work varying times, but you will also be required to be accessible during PAK working hours. You will probably not be on call, but the team works on PAK hours, so when you need to interact, you need to be there to talk to other people in the company.
+ Should be intelligent
+ Ideally a graduate or someone self taught. You will be able to HUGELY increase your portfolio by working with us. You will work with very high level developers, designers, copywriters, SEO, and see your work in quality SME projects, and make commercial products
+ Ideally someone with good examples of their PHP work, web development work
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES-

+ PHP Development
+ Web Development
+ Web Software Development
+ Mysql Database Management
+ Web Application Development
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES-

+ Using Joomla/Drupal CMS
+ Developing PHP Websites
+ Developing Joomla Components
+ Developing Drupal Modules
+ Developing Joomla Templates
+ Developing Drupal Themes
WORKING PERIOD-
-------------------------
Working Days: Mon - Fri (Maybe weekends if were extremely busy or an emergency)
We will look to hire you long term, at least 3-6 months.
Working Hours: approx. 5-9 hours per day. In reality we imagine this will average to 7 hours on a normal day rather than 5 or 9.
Working Hours Range: 8:30am-6:30pm (British Time - GMT)
If i receive multiple EXCELLENT bids, I may place one, two or three of you on a trial period of work.
We've got lots of work but depending on you, we will kind of match the role. it may be 16 hours, it may be 48 (per week)
