Take our existing dynamic flash website template and add multiple DIV overlays that dynamically display HTML content.

Read thoroughly thru the attached specifications before bidding.

This is the second time posting this project - the first time a GAFer said he could do it, spent over 2 weeks on it, and then reported he could not finish it.

You must be an expert in Flash, php, JavaScript, HTML to complete this project. Please do not bid if you cannot complete the project.
