The basics: I would like to set up a mobile phone payment system similar to paypal mobile ([url removed, login to view]) but different in key ways. Using this service, users will be able to pay and receive payment from other mobile pay users, check account balance, add funds to account, withdraw funds from account, receive credit card payments, send credit card payments, etc. all using their mobile phones. This project will be divided into two parts with both parts being controlled by the server (part 3).
General principles of project: The emphasis of this project is to create a service which will spread virally. I want to make this so easy to use and so intuitive that users will easily share this with their friends and business relations. In addition, I want to make it so easy to send payment that this has the potential to replace the credit card.
