Extracting/saving PHPBB forum data base

I have a PHPBB3 forum hosted at createforumhosting dot com.
I am the forum administrator, therefore I do have access to the admin panel.
However, the option to save the phpbb forum database is not active / not available.
I intent to make a backup of the database.
If you want to test the possibilities, just create a free test forum in the above site and give it a try.
If anyone thinks he can create a complete backup of the forums (content+users minimum required) without the save/backup DB option actually being present on the ACP interface please do bid on this project.
