2) Allow localization based on GSM/Cells if no GPS coverage

3) Maintain all existing functionalities at [url removed, login to view]

(users and units management, tracking on line and history,

4) Eliminate the PDA option.

5) Add "Forget Password" option at login by allowing to enter email address

If email/user exists, send password to email entered

If email/user does not exist, send a message saying that the user is not registered in the site

In both cases send the link to the application (configurable from [url removed, login to view])

6) Include a header and footer (to be later configured, php)

7) Show in the Home page the map and leave some space for text below.
