I have an incomplete contest website which needs to be completed, there are lots of features, lots of functionalities, while bidding keep an eye on all those features as I don't want to listen "this was not mentioned, etc" for any feature after the project has been started.

Purpose:
This website will be used to provide worldwide access to online contests and a unique interface for users to vote for contestants while interacting with them and other users.
Basic Overview
1- Four different user types exist: voters, contestants, admin, and super users.
2- Profiles set up with familiar social networking infrastructure and capabilities.
3- Contestant videos are viewed and voted on by the public throughout a given contest and winners are announced at contest end. Number of winners and prize allocation is determined by admin and announced prior to contest commencement.
4- At launch, users will not have a method of becoming a CONTESTANT through the website. This will have to be accomplished by ADMIN/SUPER USER.
A feature that other developers find difficult to do but it is very necessary:
Contestants will upload video on youtube and then paste its url into our website to show that video, but we need a way to show pre-rolled ads on the video before their video gets played. These ads should be managed from backend. Please don't bid if you can't deliver this feature.
