We have a image hosting website. We would like to rebuild it using custom php. The detail functionality is enclosed however please note that site speed is a important issue we want a high speed site.

Same design and layout of our old site can be used.

Maximum bidding price should not cross 250 else bid will be marked as spam bid and will report to freelancer.
