I have several websites in that have been written in HTML.

I sell direct links at the bottom of the site and these links are on all pages of the site. There are different links on each site. I currently add these via front page by doing a find and replace on all pages of the site and some sites have over 300 pages. What I need is a script that will add the links for me, I need some kind of admin panel where I can login select the site I want to add the links to. I can place some kind of tags on the footers of the site. Please give examples of work when bidding, I am sure there is a pre make script on the web for this already its just I have not found one.
