Ticket Tracking System Based on Paypal

I hold large events where people buy their tickets over Paypal for the events.

Currently when I want to look up how many tickets have been sold, or the information on someone who bought a ticket, I have to log into Paypal and search there.

Paypal has the ability to do an HTTP put to a web page with the transaction information where it can be captured etc.

I need a system that lets me:

A: Have a web page where I can define an event, the number of tickets availibe, the type of tickets availible.

B: I need to take the information that paypal is sending to me capture it, put it in MySql and generate a page where I can see the numbers of tickets sold, and decrement a count that was defined on page A.

C: I need to have a tracking and search page where I can search for orders, and then have an ability to check them off as having been shipped to the customer, and generate an e-mail to the customer that their tickets have been shipped.

The content of the Paypal messages is predictable so you would just have to parse the incoming HTTP put from their servers.

There is probably more on-going work that I would need around this, but I have a dead line of getting this in place and tested before May 10th 2006 if possible.
