Need email form script done in 2-3 different formats but with same info. This is a sample of what I need. [url removed, login to view] This is a non functioning sample The only difference I need is for the boxes to be smaller (height) and the button to be smaller (height). Look at the space where it needs to go at [url removed, login to view] It will go in the right column under the words "Subscribe Now". I will need it to be automatically sent to an email address and also a database automatically. I don't know how it all works but that's what I need. I will need clear instructions on what to change so I can use this on my other sites. Also need instructions on how to use this in a popup that I need to make.
