We are looking for a coder to complete a project for us. Our coder had to take a leave from the project which left us with a 85% complete project.
The remaining parts of the site requires a little coding which once I select the coder will provide access to my server to start. The templates have been completed and most of them are coded and connected. Once selected you can converse with the old coder to make sure we cover any questions or concerns you may have. We also have the content ready as well to add in the templates
Site is for real estate investors to submit deals to our site for analysis and we will display these deals for sale thru a series of local website

o The video needs to be changed on the homepage youtube video.

· Education

· Investor / Broker Referrals
o Displaying the referrals based on who signed up with referral id of the user logged in
o Increment points based on client?€™s specifications when a user registers under the referral of someone else

o PSD needs to be sliced
o Information needs to be calculated based on client?€™s mathematical formulas
· Toolbox
o ?€œLearn More?€ links need destinations
