**Looking at two Drupal sites. One is the main for members and the other is
a video site as sister site. Both projects as noted below will need to be completed as the same time. You are bidding on both projects
This list is no means complete as I am sure there are other items
that would be required to complete some of the items on the list.
Will use a standard Drupal template to keep cost down. Open to suggestions.

Any other enhancements / modules that you think would also be of benefit
at the beginning. There are others that will be installed later after the launch just to name a few, such as the event planner, banner ads, press release, coupons for the shopping cart, plus others. I am always listening to suggestions as well.
Memberships need to be processed using PLUGNPAY.COM. They have an api, I think that is what you need.
All paid membership will be on automatic recurring billing.
The recurring payment members need to receive an e-mail approx. 10 days
prior to bill date as a reminder and then a receipt when paid. Also if declined then an e-mail notifying of the same and that there account has been placed into inactive status.
A common bridge (common sign in) to an existing web site created in ASP.Net.
Open to the most stable version of Drupal. Sites need to be completed
within 45 days of agreement. We have a hosting company.

Select areas of site 1 will be available based upon the membership.
Those who have site 1 & 2 will have the greatest access of those who
only have site 1 and the free option will have the least access.

Project 3
Members need to be able to upload up to a 5 minute video. This can be changed to limited file size.
This might be in various formats. Probably need to convert all to the same format, maybe flash?, not sure. Need your expertise on this. Members should be able to create web page(s) to add promotions. Using FCKeditor I think for ease as many are not very technical. This will also be a consumer site for them to look and contact
the members for further discussion.
Video site (Drupal) with common log in based upon membership as noted above.
