Rough design outline

I want suggestions on how to improve this web design. I only need a rough outline of the structure of the page: Should the menus be moved? Should the boxes be thrown out? There are navigational links on the top of the page, in the menus and in the boxes -- should something be done about this? Should the page width be increased? Whatever you think...! No graphic design needed at this stage. Only outline(s) of the general structure. Please also refer to www.franskaskolan.se. Although not in English, you may get a better feel of the site and what could be done.
