Single Window Projection Output

Seeking a program that will allow me to choose what windows are projected out of a VGA/S-Video connection to a projector.

I use a Macbook Pro with Adobe Photoshop CS3 and a HD projector.

I often do digital painting performances and use mirrored display. I don't want the audience to see the tool bars in Photoshop on the projected display, just the canvas. But I still want to use a mirrored monitor setup.

I know I can hide the tools when they are not needed. But I often need to change colors, brushes or access the menus at the top. These are the windows I DO NOT want displayed through the projector. Just the canvas window.

One example of how the program could work:

I could go into the program and it would have all the windows (including tool bars that are in Photoshop) that are open in a box. Each window listed would have a check-box that I could select which window(s) would be output through the projector.

The program could even be limited to just Adobe Photoshop windows that are output through the projector.

If this is possible I hope to hear from you.

Thanks!
