Website Makeover

Hi,

I am a one man show, and I want someone to give a professional touch to my joomla website. A very simple and straight forward template could be used something like these sites:

SECONDLY:

I want to sell some videos online and want to password protect them and also disallow saving them.

REQUIREMENTS:

1: Give a quick facelift using existing text.

2: Create a area where user can review on video and buy a package (consisting of many videos)

3: PAY FOR them using PAYPAL.

4: I should be able to give access to a VIEWING AREA.

4.1 MUST NOT BE ALLOWED TO COPY or download videos.

THis is and individual budget not too big, but CAN YOU MAKE IT LOOK BIG?
