I'm looking for an a software program that can take any RSS feed to twitter, facebook and [url removed, login to view]

If you can't do [url removed, login to view] that's ok.

Choice of how many feeds

Choice of when feeds

choice before and after specicific text

API for [url removed, login to view] for tracking and URL shortening

Tracking of hits on links
