Setup and maintain SugarCRM system on Amazon Cloud

We are a non-profit organization and we need to set up SugarCRM CE version on Amazon Cloud. We'll need some small customization for the system but nothing major. In addition, I might need on-demand technical support for the system if we run into any issues.
We are an officially registered 503(C) non-profit organization that provides meditation training and class to the general public. The organization has been running for more than 10 years, mainly on the donation of students.
As the organization continuous growing, we are planning to use SugarCRM (on Amazon EC2) as our CRM system so we can better keep in touch with students, and keep our communication and operation efficient. We are looking for an expert who has good experience in SugarCRM. We prefer to have this as a long term relationship, meaning we’ll count on this person/team for future technical support, maintenance and some module customization/development.
We already have a testing environment setup on Amazon EC2. The first thing we need is some technical support to make sure the campaign module works smoothly, meaning to ensure following functions work properly:
• Send out email campaign automatically based on the schedule through the Gmail account (in batch)
• Automatically handle the bounced email and opt-out requests (mark the email address as invalid or opt out in the lead or contact module)
• Monitor the open rate and click-through rate
• Have different outgoing email account for each user to send out mass email
For an experienced SugarCRM developer, I assume this might be no more than 3 hours work. I’d like to use this piece of work as the test step. If all work out well, the second piece of work will be to do some minor customizations with UI for the lead and contact modules. We can talk more and discuss the workload. As for the third piece, we need to build/customize an event module. Once we finish that, we plan to develop some text message module and the integration with our finance system. As you can see, we are committed to find a long term relationship with a SugarCRM developer/team.
