Handle Link Requests

This is for a web site that sells custom rustic furniture.
I have received about 250 e-mails requesting links. I need a coder to:
1. Visit the links page mentioned in each e-mail that the link would be placed on, and see what the Google PageRank value is of the links page. (Usually the URL of the links page is included in the e-mail, but not always. If it's not browse to the links page.)
2. List: Paste the URL of the links page on a sheet (Word or Excel) and type the PR value next to the URL.
3. If the PR is 4 or higher, I will add the link to the potential partner on target site's links page and let you know it's there. Then you would write to the sender, letting them know that their link is on the web site, and asking them to reciprocate if they removed the link. In the same e-mail you would ask them how they discovered that the site was interested in link trading.
4. Send one broadcast e-mail to all senders of the e-mails whose links page was a PR3 or lower, asking how they discovered that the site was interested in link trading. (Do not send duplicate e-mails to the same sender.)
5. Finish the list by noting next to the URLs that had a PR4 or higher, the status of the link exchange (completed, waiting for site to link, etc.). Then send me the list.
I will provide the site's URL to the winner, and I will create a POP3 for the winner's use.

(No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
