designing a invesment club calculator porgram in vb.net . it could be used by an investment club to computer the present value of one,or more,investments for one,or more,investors.
i want this program to be done as simple as possible and no complications as i would like to understand it completely.
## Deliverables
1)given the future investment goal (fv),annual interest rate (rate),and length of the investment in years(term),the initial amount of the investment (pv) should be calculated using the formula :
pv = fv / (1 + rate) ^ term
2) for multiple investments by a single investor ,the number of investments and their total present values are maintained and displayed. as a constraint of this system, an investor will be finished with his/her investments when another investor begins their calculations
3) for the entire investment club, the total number of investors ,the total present value amounts of their investments and the avergae amount of investment are calculated and displayed.

- use multiple forms ,including a splash screen,a help screen(about),and atleast one additional form to display club totals [login to view URL] should be initialized in a sub-main procedure in code module.
other project guidelines
- should allow for the appropriate data validation of the input fields. as an example,future investment goal,rate of interest, and time of investment allow for only the entry of an appropriate non-negative number. appropraite warning messages and re-entry procedures should be included in the program.
- the use of good modular (procedure) design, as well as the seperation of interface related and non-interface related code.-this requires the appropriate use of subroutines and functions.
