Build a penny auction website

I want a penny auction site built. ONLY companies that have built this type of site will be considered. Working demo's or actual examples of their work are required - this is non-negotiable. The site must have VERY similar features as www.quibids.com. The same auction types and tools must be present including an auto-bid system PLUS a Buy Now button.
You will create the site logo and deliver a complete site with full source codes.
At completion we will require an installation archive with full installation documentation AND full ownership rights to utilise the script at our discretion.
A beta demo version is required for us to test before final signoff and payment is made.
PLEASE DO NOT BID ON THIS PROJECT UNLESS YOU HAVE EXTENSIVE EXPERIENCE IN BUILDING PENNY AUCTION SITES.
