Please look at the ppt files, I've made a dummy design so you can view what I need.
In summary, is a site that will post the candidates resume and will have a section of questions and answers as a debate.
Please consider the following:

You will find 2 ppt files. The only difference between them is that the 2nd one has an explanation of the features.
