I am enquiring about costs for redesigning/renovating our website, admin control panel and backend database .
Our current Website [url removed, login to view] has been designed using a [url removed, login to view] premium template. We do not have access to the code so we will need the right person chosen for this project to start coding this project from scratch. Our Registration form is connected to a email marketing service at the moment so we do not have a database. We need our own back-end database to cut out the middle man.
We would like to keep the design layout (colours, images, and general layout) of the website for most pages including the home page.
IMPORTANT!! It will be similar to the structure of this website: [url removed, login to view], we need the exact same features, such as register, login, update details,. Please research this websites features before bidding to familiarise yourself with the features we need. There is a consumer registration/login, client registration/login and a recruiter registration/login. You made need to create an account just to see the general layout of all three logins behind the wall garden.
We need a register/sign in structure with a back-end database storing all the information of our users. Once the user registers an email will be sent to them to verify there email address. The registration form attributes are attached to this auction in .doc format. Users once signed in can update their details from time to time, for example if they move home they can change their address details, if they change what cell phone they have they can update this too. They must also be able to upload a profile image. I have attached a screenshot of the kind of structure once signed in as a consumer user.
We need an easy to manage admin control panel to administer the site without any coding. For example, if we would like to advertise a new project on our site we will be able to easily add it to our current projects page for users to view and apply for. The control panel must be very user friendly, with the ability to query the database with specific words to find a list of people. For example if we have a project on Samsung mobile phones, we can type samsung into the search panel and it will display all registered users with a samsung. We should also be able to export our database entries to view in excel for example. I have uploaded an example image of an admin control panel PLEASE NOTE: the headers will be relative to this website. The picture I have uploaded is just an example of an auction site backend control panel.
The database should have the ability to send a group email to all of our registered users from time to time when new projects become available, like emailing marketing type service. So I have a project from a client in London, I would like to send it to all registered users in London.
The consumer registration form will consist of the information in the attached .doc file.
