Full site to buy and sell original articles

I'm looking for someone really professional and with a reputation here that can create to me a site to sell and buy original contents. (a site as constant-content DOT com or dailyarticle DOT com, to understand what I'm looking for)

I need:

- Full cool and professional design;

- Full programming, with paypal integration and backoffice (HANDS OFF for me, I don't want to do nothing!);

- Full "authors" system, also to get payments by paypal;

- Make me easy to translate all the site, because it will be in Italian.

- If status is VIP, then there’s a seller referal table (with the total purchases of Unique Hits and Fullrights separated, and the overall points you have earned from them)
Edit Accounts:
- Where they can edit and update their information

- Can view their profile and has additional button of “change image” (under Private Message button.
