Gay Porn Website/MakeOver $100/MONTH PART TIME POSITION

This is an on-going paid position for someone that loves gay porn, knows Joomla VERY WELL and can code as well. This position pays $100/month part-time. I want someone to work on this site very little but at the end of the week I need to see changes/additions to it. This site is getting traffic and I don't know how much so please I also need to know how much is getting by adding a tracking system to it. I will not pay out of pocket for any scripts/modules/plugins so if you already have them great.

I also have other project you can help me with once you are sort of done or accomplished what I wanted. My projects are usually easy such as downloading, adding articles to other non-porn sites, searching, web marketing(twitter, myspace, facebook, etc) the work will always be there and you will always have something to do at your own time and pace. I'm very flexible! I understand $100/month is little but as we grow as a company and you put effort to my projects I also like to share my money to the ones that helped me. BONUSES are also given to the ones that show me loyalty, good work and always keep me updated. I'm always working on new projects and I take things a step at a time so there is no rush as long as you bring me results!

Well here is what I need:

I need someone to improve my gay porn website. I have pictures that you can use. The website is [url removed, login to view] and is ugly! The site was done in Joomla and I want to keep it that way. Anyone with a GOOD SENSE OF WEB DESIGN skills is welcome to bid. I know that this website lacks the design skills and as you know the adult industry is very competitive. The content is there so please no need to add any more content manually. I will also need an easy way to upload more videos or add more videos to the site. I can use FTP to upload and use some kind of GUI interface to add them.

Project Agreement:

A total makeover ( Pictures are on the FTP server )

I need an agreement page ( very important when doing sites like this )

A landing page to get people excited to join ( the site is free and it currently allows 3 videos to watch/ I need an upgrade option hooked up to a merchant account. )

A Tour page is also important

A link for clients to upgrade to a paid membership(packages will be provided)

A link to invite clients to check their messages

A way for users to upload via GUI there own videos(admin must approve before publishing)

A simple forum to exchange links and information.

Members must be able to have simple profiles to add their own pictures/location/gender/age/status/etc

Members must be able to search and locate other people within their area

Be creative and suggest more options!!

I need someone to be very experienced on this field already and not a newbiee!!

I need someone that can turn this side over WITHIN 4-6 MONTHS!! and someone who can show me how to make changes. I offer more projects down the road and I currently hired people from all over the world to help me on other projects.
