Situation:
Company with several branches. Due to certain condition there need to be a certain amount of staff in each branch (2 - 3 different positions). In the morning at a certain time the management need to know 1.) who (staff) is in in which branch 2.) how many clients are waiting for the offert service. There is a certain ratio (staff:clients) given. of the ratio is staff:clients=1 the box should be coloured in yellow, if the ratio staff:client<1 the box should blink RED and if the ratio is staff:clients >1 the box should be green.
Also the management should be able to shift staff from one branche to the other. This shifting should be 1.) visible on the screen and 2.) the particular staff member, who is shifted, must be indikated by SMS and email. For this all staff members should be registered with email and phone.
Additional
Log-in/attendance controll (for staff and clients) with QR-code and personal PIN.
View: it should be possible to have a view on only one branch, on several, choosen branches and the whole structure.
Android and iOS.
