Priority Mail 2 Day" changed to USPS Standard Mail

The shipping in my Opencart will only show USPS Priority Mail 2 Day at checkout no matter what the setting are. I want it to say USPS Standard Mail. I have wrote the USPS and they were of no help and I see that others are having the same problem on the internet.
So what I need is to have USPS "Priority Mail 2 Day" changed to "USPS Standard Mail" to be displayed at Checkout for customers to select.
