I am currently tied up on a few projects and need help with my client, they need a website based on the below in HTML/CSS

My client is a real estate broker needs to have pictures of houses in the image slider. I would like to have a similar look and feel of the above website. I would like to be able to update the site and listings as needed. I will require a sample of my site before accepting the project.

It will need a home page design with a few sub pages that inlcudes a IDX search on the property listings if possible. The main navigation of the website will be:
