Recode current website from ASP to PHP.

1. Main objective is to recode from ASP to PHP with MySQL.
2. Create new front-end, i would prefer a cleaner design, but client like his current design.
3. Build back end to update his content pages
4. Create CMS tool to add and delete products, there are currently 2 products, 1. Sail Boat 2. Power boat

Working Policies:
Upon agreeing to the contract, all specs will be provided by Montreal Web design Inc:
• Freelancer must provide an Estimate and Delivery Time before projects commences
• Payment will done according to project at not time worked, and paid via PayPal or Getfreelancer
• Communication is very critical; all Freelancers will need to respond to all my emails within 24hrs. Not doing so, may result in immediate termination of project and NO Payment will be given.
• All original work done by Freelancer will be left on the development server
Templates, Photos, PSD, Flash, FLA, databases, files etc…
• All files will be saved here, so constant monitoring by MWD and clients can review on going process:
