This is for the design of a new site. Will need back end coding, frame and structure.
Will also need simple graphics - nothing heavy. NO TABLES - will all be CSS controlled.
MySQL Database built for Admin, users, etc - break placed for all table extensions for stage one security.
The site will have an upload script integrated with an advertizing rotator.
A free upload script can be downloaded at the top of this page and then changed/upgraded to fit the description below - [url removed, login to view]

All advertising content to be added from Administrator Area for each separate page using a method similar to the ad rotator seen here: [url removed, login to view]
• Advertising space(s) that can be set individually for google adsence and/or PPV on the Upload and Download page.
• 4 ads, 300 X 250 - 2 on each side of the page, above the fold, on the upload page.
• 1 leaderboard 729 X 90 in the header on the right hand side. Left side used for Logo
• 5 small squares 180 X 150 at the "ads here" location on the download page.
