I need a website done ASAP. The requirements are as follows:

2. I need total admin control of all the pages (so i can add/delete/edit anytime i want)
3. Scrolling message on top of the page(which i can update daily)
4.. I want Feedback and social networking tabs on the side of the page (just like it is in the mockup)
5. VERY IMPORTANT. I want to have the capability of changing pictures on the circle...so clients can email me wearing the t-Shirt and i can upload it to the site(in the circles)
6. My business is about Cause and sales(t-shirt business)...i want you to have incorporate add to cart and paypal to that..so customers can order and finish the sale by paying using paypal..and then i want to receive email confirmation
7. i want you to upload the file at godady to make it live...
BONUS IS A POSSIBILITY OF THE JOB IS FINISHED ON TIME AND ACCORDINGLY....it is at my discretion.
Make sure I want full admin control to enter/delete/edit info as i please.
If you are up for this then bid....half milestone when you accept and rest half when you finish(Full Milestone will be released upon completion of the project...I will not release the Milestone till the project is over....if you have to bid over what i am offering...then don't bid.
