I need a developer to debug and improve [url removed, login to view] . When the developer finished, the site should rank high and have all issues resolved on this report: [url removed, login to view] BOTH on Page Speed Test and YSLOW - (click rerun report).

Also, a thorough cleanup of the code and structure improvement is needed.

EDIT: The developer hired needs to be an expert in linux servers, the biggest issue atm is high server response time. Please understand that pages on this site load on over 5 seconds, and for this project to be complete the page load time should not be higher than 1 second. example page: [url removed, login to view]

PLEASE go through the gtmetrix report for both Page Speed Test and YSLOW before bidding.
