Website needs final touches on it

I have recently uploaded an HTML template to by Business Catalyst CMS. I am having troubles with the finishing touches as I am reasonably new to this. There are only 5 page menus with 8 pages in total, so not a massive website. Everything is basically ready to go apart from a few loose ends.
I'll go through each page and what I'm needing help with:
Home Page
- 'latest projects' link to portfolio page automatically - is this possible as I add new projects?
- 'latest from our blog' link to blog page automatically - is this possible as I add new blogs?
- footer wrong size - needs resizing/fixing
About Us Page
- can I add a sidebar?
Portfolio Page
- 'previous' & 'next' don't work - need to link to other projects
- 'launch website'; need to link to URL?
Blog
- auto updates for comment numbers '#'
- tags - no idea what these are but I need to add them to the blogs
- 'comments' activated
- link to homepage icons
- 'date created' auto update?
- categories link: activate
- link 'visit our sister site' to [login to view URL]
Contact Us Page
- new map - need to add to our office address
- activate contact submit and send details through to my email address
