Hi I have a software coded in VS 2005 C# it is a capture software That capture Video and audio in the software window, but it's not finch, it have some programing left I have one Version that works if I click on window button to change the size, to a small [url removed, login to view] the the software capture in sync video and audio. I ask the programmer to change the program window size, but hi changed the capture video window size in the program window. Now I cant get THE SOFTWARE to work, even if i change the program window to a small window, it don't capture in sync ; audio and video so the source code is in this version now. so if you are a good coder in VS 2005 C#.That can fix this bid on this project YOU MOST HAVE A WEBCAM TO WORK WITH THIS APPLICATION
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
