Hello: Requirements: 1 program written in VB.NET 2005 code. Access 2003 Windows XP Summary: You will write a reliable program with error handling that will parse tabular data from a website. Data parsed from the website will be downloaded into an Access 2003 database. Details: I am need a VB.NET 2005 app that will parse data from USDA NRCS SnoTel survey websites. An example of such a site can be found here: [url removed, login to view] I need the program to read from a simple Access table to get a "Site's" Primary Key and the URL of the website to check for new data. The program will then parse the data at the specified URL (all the sites present data in the same format). The program will "grab" Min Temp, Max Temp, snow depth, and other fields from the website and add it to an Access table linked by the Site Primary Key. The program will run daily so it should only grab the last row in the table. I will send you the Access database with the tables for Sites (URL to visit, Primary Key) and the separate table that will be filled with data from each Site (linked by primary key). ## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
