The Missing Slate ([url removed, login to view]) is looking at the development of a tailored plugin for writing competitions which will set up a form (name, age, country, address, etc.) where attachments can be uploaded to a designated folder and process registration fees through Skrill's payment gateway, processing credit / debit cards. The plugin's rights will be handed over to the magazine upon completion.
We already maintain a shopping cart and this is entirely separate. The budget for this is slim and given the cost of most WP plugins, anything over $50 will not be entertained.
