Simple admin page for Wordpress theme options

Hi

I need you to take a look at this URL-->

It has a tutorial with example code for how to create an admin options page for a Wordpress template.

For some reason its not working in my child theme-- I am not able to retrieve any of the parameters correctly?

Attached with this project is some code that shows how I have used the code from above tutorial.

You simply have to fix it so that I am able to retrieve each admin option value, from within my template as well as in [url removed, login to view]

Just create a dummy [url removed, login to view] which shows on screen all the admin options.

Then I can use it in my WP project

This is very simple work and I expect to choose the lowest bidder. The attached file contains the admin options (Which are in "lib" folder as per tutorial above). Just create a dummy child theme with [url removed, login to view] within it and add code that makes the admin options be retrieved corrrectly. There is something wrong with that tutorial because of which its not working for me.
