Simple Wordpress Twitter Plugin

I want a plugin that will TWEET a message or messages every time a new post or comment is made on a Wordpress blog.

It should then visit a central Dbase of twitter accounts and grab 1-5 at random.

Then visit a central Dbase of proxies and login then it will need to search Twitter using the title or part of the title of the post or comment.

Then post the random number of tweets using a central Dbase of messages + URL.

The URL should be same as source and shortened using Bitly API.

Each time a tweet is made the program should "follow" the tweeted account.

If any Twitter account is suspended it should be delete Dbase.

A log of failures should be kept.

A separate log of successes should kept.
