Wordpress template from example

Hello,
I have to make a restyling of an existend wordpress website. In the attached file you could see actual website template and example website to look on. It should be very clean, here a description (but check the example website to better understand the requirements) :
- full width, one column
- logo on top/left
- near the logo, the menu number 1 (like example attached). Menu should be created by wordpress core function
- black background. Background should be set through wordpress core function
- font: "tom ford". Font color: white or similar
- footer: a frame (or similar) to play the music in background (music not stop while change the page)
optional:
- footer: the menu number 2 (like the one we have already in actual template)
You could modify the existent template or make a new fresh one. Please bid only if you really understood the requirements (feel free to ask questions), and specify if your bid includes the optional footer and in how many hours/day you could provide a beta version (we could go online with a partial version urgently, and make final changes - like music frame - lately. Check the attached file to better understand requirement,
