I am in need of a website designer to design a very graphic and cutting edge flash website to market and promote a condominium project. I will need the site to have wonderful color and design.
The website will include several pages that include: opening intro page; company info (possible photos); other info pages; the renderings for the project, with some click, rollover, and open out features that will enable the client to go more indepth into the building and its features; client contact form that will include multiple choice questions and a contact information section; question and answer section. There may be more pages to add ie. website counter etc.
This website also needs to have the capability of being viewed in English, Spanish, French, and Italian and possible others.
I believe this website to generate a great deal of traffic; therefore, would like someone who will be able to make the website as interactive and attractive as possible. Thank you.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
## Platform
This website needs to be viewable by all website users and have a server that can handle the traffic generated.
